About us.
The Angel Delights are a close harmony vintage trio based in West Sussex.
Brought together through their love of singing in harmony, they found each other in a local competition choir.
A close friendship was formed, and 15 years later they are closer than ever.
The Angel Delights provide music from the 1940s right up to the 1960s (even the 70s on request); think the close harmonies of the Andrews Sisters, the fun of the fifties and the girl groups of the sixties.
We are three best friends who sing together because we love it.
We adore the close harmonies and classic tunes of the bygone era and are especially fond of the fabulous outfits that we get to wear! Nothing, however, beats the enjoyment that we can see we bring to the audience when we sing these songs.
Becca’s forte is organising us all! From making lists of what we need to take, to answering emails, to lyrics, she is on top of it! She is always calm and collected and she can find a harmony for anything!
Claire is our design guru! She has an eye for the fine detail and finesse. She is always thinking ahead about what we need to do next. Most importantly, she also loves to talk with anyone and everyone!
Rachel is our style queen! From clothes to chords, she conjures up the perfect set and whips us into shape vocally, with her vocal coaching expertise!
Planning an event?
The Angel Delights will add a retro glamour to the occasion, no matter what it might be. They are available for private functions, public events and all things in between! Whether you are planning a specific celebration of the 40s or 50s, honouring the Armed Forces, or just love music from the bygone era, the Angel Delights can add that special sparkle and ambience!
Their carefully tailored set list will have people singing along, even dancing, and their outfits are always a hit!
They also have a fabulous Christmas set, which includes vintage classics and traditional carols.
Here are just some of the places and celebrations where The Angel Delights have performed: Lingfield Race Course Ladies Day, Armed Forces Day in Crawley, The British Pullman Train, celebrations for the Queen’s Jubilee and King’s Coronation, The Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal at Gatwick, Vintage Car Rallies, St Catherine’s Tree of Light Service, Gatwick Aviation Museum and private Birthday Parties, to name just a few!
They have their own PA and Public Liability Insurance.
